Terms & Conditions Nasib 88 – Terms of Use for Malaysia Betting Platform

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a binding agreement between you ("Player" or "User") and Nasib 88 ("Platform", "we", "us"). This document governs your use of the website, mobile application, and all services provided by Nasib 88.

By creating an account, logging in, making a deposit, or playing any game on Nasib 88, you are automatically deemed to have accepted these Terms in full. This acceptance takes effect immediately and remains in force for as long as your account is active.

To register and use the platform Nasib 88, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements:

Each player is only permitted to hold one account at Nasib 88. Duplicate accounts are strictly prohibited and will result in the closure of all associated accounts along with any outstanding balances or winnings.

By registering, you agree to:

Nasib 88 reserves the right to verify a player's identity at any stage using a KYC (Know Your Customer) process. This may include phone number verification via OTP, email verification, or identity document checks.

All deposits at Nasib 88 must be made in Malaysian Ringgit (RM). Accepted deposit methods are:

Nasib 88 does not charge any processing fees for deposits. However, third-party payment providers may apply their own charges, which are beyond Nasib 88's control. All deposits are subject to verification by our system and may be held for review if any suspicious activity is detected.

Players may withdraw to a registered Malaysian bank account or e-wallet. All withdrawals are subject to the following conditions:

• The account must be fully verified through the KYC process before the first withdrawal can be processed.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is RM50.

All bonuses and promotions offered by Nasib 88 – including a Welcome Bonus of up to RM888, reload bonuses, Live Casino rebates, and festive promotions – are subject to their respective specific terms as well as the following general terms:

• Each bonus carries its own rollover (wagering requirement). The rollover must be completed before any winnings derived from bonus funds can be withdrawn.
• Bonuses are only valid for players who register and play on their own behalf. Using bonuses to execute hedging strategies is strictly prohibited.
• Nasib 88 reserves the right to void bonuses and related winnings where bonus system abuse is detected.
• Bonuses have an expiry period. Any bonus that remains unused after it expires will be automatically forfeited.
• Only one active bonus is permitted at a time unless otherwise stated in the specific promotion's terms.

• Bets that have been confirmed and accepted by the system cannot be cancelled unless a technical error is officially acknowledged by Nasib 88.
• In the event of a technical disruption during gameplay, any affected rounds or bets will be voided and the wagered amount will be returned to the player's account.
• Game results displayed on the Nasib 88 platform are final. No appeals will be entertained once a result has been confirmed.
• Nasib 88 uses audited Random Number Generation (RNG) for all digital games. Live casino games use real physical equipment with HD streaming.

For Sports Betting, results are determined based on official outcomes from the relevant sporting body. Bets placed after an event has started (in-play) are subject to the specific live betting rules stated on the platform.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the platform Nasib 88 and will result in immediate action, including account closure and forfeiture of funds:

• Fraud & Manipulation: Any attempt to defraud, hack or manipulate Nasib 88's games, systems or platform.
• Duplicate Accounts: Holding more than one account under your own name or using another person's identity.
• Bonus Abuse: Using targeted hedging strategies to exploit bonuses, including repeated betting between two accounts.
• Money Laundering: Using the platform for money laundering or any other unlawful financial activity.
• Use of Unauthorised Software: Using automated bots, third-party software, scripts, or any tool that provides an unfair advantage.
• Collusion & Cheating: Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes, particularly in poker or live table games.

Termination by Player: You may close your account at any time by contacting the Nasib 88 support team. Before closure, ensure all withdrawals have been processed and there are no active bonuses outstanding. Account closure requests will be processed within 3–5 business days.

Termination by Nasib 88: We reserve the right to suspend or close any player's account without prior notice if:

• A breach of these terms and conditions has occurred.
• There is suspicious or unlawful activity detected.
• The player fails to meet KYC requirements within the stipulated timeframe.
• Account has been inactive for more than 12 consecutive months.

If an account is closed for technical or administrative reasons not involving any breach by the player, any remaining cash balance will be returned to the player upon completion of the verification process.

Nasib 88 provides the platform on an "as-is" basis. While we strive to ensure the platform remains available and functioning properly, we do not guarantee:

• 100% uninterrupted platform availability at all times.
• Complete freedom from software errors or bugs.
• Compatibility with all devices or web browsers.

Nasib 88 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from the use of our platform, including loss of winnings attributable to technical disruptions beyond our reasonable control.

Nasib 88 reserves the right to amend, update or replace any part of these Terms at any time at our sole discretion. Players will be notified of significant changes via:
